Xhonjela joined AITASTIC in November 2025 as a Senior Insights Consultant. With a decade of experience in media monitoring and analysis, she has worked extensively with international clients and European institutions. At AITASTIC, she focuses on analyzing media coverage, identifying key trends, and helping clients strengthen their communication strategies through clear, actionable insights. 

Her academic journey is just as international as her professional one: she holds a diploma in Psychology, a Bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Science, and a Master’s degree in European Studies. Before building her career in media intelligence, she even spent time teaching at university level. 

Outside of work, she enjoys swimming, photography, good books, and cooking for friends. Whenever she gets the chance, she returns to Genoa, where she grew up, to enjoy the sea and recharge under the Italian sun.
