Based in Mainz, Olena – or Lena – joined AITASTIC in August 2025 as a Financial Accountant. With a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing and experience in financial accounting, she brings both expertise and precision to the company’s accounting processes.

While her professional world revolves around numbers, her personal interests are all about people. She is fascinated by psychology, human behavior, and the ways family culture shapes societies and countries. This curiosity gives her a unique perspective that goes far beyond finance.

When she’s not working, Lena enjoys slowing things down with long walks in nature. And when the skies are clear, you might find her looking up at the stars, appreciating the bigger picture—both literally and figuratively.
